Just a short note. I'm busy reviewing several new web-based audio phone systems. We're even trying out some newer hardware based internet systems as well. I'll be writing soon to let you know what's up with them and whether or not I recommend them for use. Keep in mind that I am pursuing systems which allow people to use their existing in-house phone system which is CHEAPER than using the POTS (plain old -regular-telephone system) provided by the local POTS!
